1. Trekking & Safety Rules

✅ Follow the designated trail – Avoid taking shortcuts as they can be dangerous.
✅ Wear proper trekking shoes – The trail has rocky and slippery sections.
✅ Do not swim in the waterfall pool – The water is deep, and there have been accidents in the past. Participants must not try to swim crossing the rope into deep water.
✅ Avoid trekking at night – The route passes through dense forest and can be risky.

2. Weather & Water Safety

✅ Check the weather forecast – Avoid trekking during heavy rains due to flash flood risks.
✅ Beware of sudden water level rise – Water flow can increase rapidly in monsoon.

3. Environmental Responsibility

✅ Do not litter – Littering is stricly prohibited in this event.
✅ Avoid loud music and noise – Respect the serenity of nature.
✅ No alcohol or smoking – Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited during this event. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without refund.

✅ 2-3 liters of water – Stay hydrated throughout the trek. While descending one must feel dehydrated due to heat. Best to be prepared in advance to that.
✅ Energy bars/snacks – Carry dry food items for energy.
✅ Raincoat/Poncho – Essential if trekking in monsoon.
✅ First aid kit – Basic medicines and bandages for emergencies.

5. Group & Communication

✅ Trek with a guide or experienced trekkers – The trail can be tricky.
